Description

In order to provide a high standard of care and education for children, early years practitioners work hard at their job role, constantly maintaining a high level of dedication and enthusiasm. A broad knowledge base, continuous training and development, and a level of understanding that radiates to all children (and parents) are all key concepts within the Key Elements of Effective Practice (KEEP) statement that was published in 2005 by the Department of Education and Skills (DfES).
Implementing Effective Practice
This course will help you to realise that commitment and dedication are essential if you wish to provide effective childcare for every child in your learning environment. Upon completion of the course, you will have a better understanding of KEEP, its links to the EYFS statutory framework and how you can improve your practice to meet the challenges you will face.
